Ludwig Van Beethoven, probably one of the most influential and incredible composers of time, and made the movement of the Classical movement, into the Romantic era, when talking about Classical music. Beethoven was born on 16th December 1770, and lived right up until a stormy 26th March 1827.
Many of the famous works of classical music that we know today, were in fact, composed by Beethoven. For example, Fur Elise, or Moonlight Sonata. But Beethoven also wrote many other pieces, not just for piano, but for orchestra etc as well.
Beethoven was born into a family of court musicians, and learned Organ, Piano, and Violin. Though Beethoven's talent never ceased to amaze the many people of his time, and his father was a very harsh teacher and made him go through very rigorous hours of piano practise.
